- The Apartment

The great feature about The Lookout Bed and Breakfast is that you have exclusive use of the apartment - you don't share with others and the gardens are yours to enjoy.

The Lookout apartment is attached to but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance and off street parking.

The lounge area looks out over the front gardens with fish ponds set beneath deciduous trees. Beyond is the view across Backstairs Passage to the mainland.

The Bed and Breakfast apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cook top, fan forced oven, microwave, full sized fridge and is well supplied with utensils etc.

The lounge area has a flat screen television with inbuilt DVD.

The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning and a wireless internet service is available.

Breakfast is included in the tariff and includes home made bread, a variety of preserves, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt and egg/bacon style cooked dishes. Breakfast is served in the apartment.

Dinners are available by prior arrangement

The apartment has access to the extensive front veranda which captures the view and the sweeping gardens.

The Lookout bed and breakfast apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king sized bed.

The king splits to 2 singles to allow for a twin configuration if required.

The main bedroom looks out across the gardens to the ocean views

The second bedroom has sliding door access to the gardens at the rear of the apartment.

Both bedrooms are fitted with inbuilt robes and ceiling fans.

There are heaters in each room and dual controlled electric blankets on the pillow top beds.

The Lookout Bed and Breakfast has a large bathroom with a double vanity, shower cubicle, w/c and laundry facility.

A hair dryer is provided and shower gel, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner are all included.

The bathroom has a heated towel rail and overhead heat lamps. There is an extra separate w/c.
