Rates

The Lookout Bed and Breakfast is booked on a private and exclusive basis.

Rates apply from 1st of April 2009 until the 31st of March 2010.
Note that rates may alter without notification.
(All Rates are quoted in Australian Dollars)

The Lookout bed and breakfast apartment is available on a 2 night/2 person minimum basis.

The rate for 2 persons is $220AUD per night
The rate for 3 persons is $310AUD per night
The rate for 4 persons is $400AUD per night

If booking for more that 3 nights deduct 10% from the accommodation tariff.

The rate includes breakfast which is served in the apartment. Our breakfast offers guests fresh baked bread, orange juice, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and egg/bacon style cooked dishes. The apartment is serviced daily.

3 course evening dinners are available by prior arrangement. Dinners include an entrée, main course, dessert, coffee, chocolates and a complimentary bottle of wine.

Rate for dinner - $60AUD per person

(we do not have children's rates for accommodation or meals)

We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Terms and Conditions

The Lookout bed and breakfast operators reserve the right to alter services due to unforseen circumstances or events beyond the control of the operators. We strongly recommend that clients take out travel insurance to cover themselves against cancellations, loss or damage to personal effects and medical emergencies.

The streams and ponds around The Lookout make the accommodation unsuited to young children.

Booking are only confirmed with the payment of a deposit which is generally the cost of the first night of accommodation.

Clients must be aware that cancellation fees apply. Once a booking has been made and a deposit paid, a subsequent cancellation will incur a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days prior to the commencement of the stay incur a charge of the value of the first night of accommodation. Cancellations within 24 hours of the commencement of the service incur a charge of 100% of the total cost.

The Lookout B&B owners agree to maintain public liability and indemnity insurance and to hold appropriate licences and permits required to provide accommodation to the public.

Should the traveller have any specific food requirements they need to inform the service providers prior to their arrival and every effort will be made to accommodate these requirements.
